Data controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”), your personal data is processed by Kıyı Ege (“Urla VIP Transfer”) as the data controller, within the scope described below. Address: Gülbahçe Mahallesi, Urla / İzmir.
Personal data processed
- Identity and contact: name and surname, telephone number.
- Service information: pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, number of passengers and luggage, vehicle preference, flight number, note.
- Transaction security: hashed version of the IP address, browser information.
Purposes of processing
Preparing a quote for your transfer and chauffeur service request, contacting you, planning and carrying out the service, handling requests and complaints, ensuring information security and fulfilling legal obligations.
Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the Law: that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), that it is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation (ç), and that it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).
Method of collection
Data is collected electronically through the quote form on the website and through telephone and WhatsApp correspondence.
Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to hosting service providers and to public bodies and institutions authorised by law, to the extent necessary for carrying out the service. It is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction within the conditions provided by the Law, to object, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
Applications
You may submit your applications in writing, together with information identifying you, to Gülbahçe Mahallesi, Urla / İzmir. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
