How can I find out the price?

Send us your pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, number of passengers and any vehicle preference through the form or on WhatsApp. After we check availability, we will send you a written quote.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and vehicle availability is confirmed in writing. Sending the form does not in itself constitute a booking.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If you have shared your flight number, the pick-up is planned around the current landing time. Simply let us know of any changes on WhatsApp; waiting conditions are set out in the quote.

How will I be met at the airport?

The meeting point and your chauffeur’s contact details are sent to you with your booking confirmation.

What group sizes do you serve?

A Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP is used for small groups and a Sprinter for larger ones. For bigger groups, more than one vehicle is planned depending on availability.
